These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vyrgent Receptionist application ("the App"), operated by Vyrgent, in connection with Zoom's Meeting SDK. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App joins Zoom meetings you direct it to and provides an AI receptionist that greets and assists participants using audio and an on-screen avatar. It responds during the meeting based on what is said.
The receptionist is an automated AI agent, not a human. It may make mistakes; do not rely on it for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. The account operator is responsible for how the App is used in their meetings.
You are responsible for keeping your Zoom credentials and any account access secure. Do not share secrets publicly.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may modify or discontinue features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, and Vyrgent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
You may stop using and remove/deauthorize the App at any time from your Zoom account. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
